1. Take a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders. |
2. Clear back part of an insert and a place of its installation in the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings. Establish those inserts on the places. |
3. Oil a working surface of an insert pure engine and install a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders of the engine. |
|
|
4. Establish persistent half rings. On four-cylinder engines persistent half rings are established about the radical bearing No. 3, and on V6 engines about the radical bearing No. 2. Measure an axial side play of a cranked shaft. |
5. Grease the lower inserts in covers of radical bearings with pure engine oil and establish covers of radical bearings on the block of cylinders. |
|
6. Grease a carving of bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings with a thin layer of engine oil and screw up bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. On the engine 1MZ-FE V6 at first tighten the demanded moment the lower bolts of fastening, and then lateral bolts of fastening. At installation of bolts it is necessary to use new washers. |
7. Check that the cranked shaft rotates smoothly and without jammings. |
8. Establish a new back sealing ring of a cranked shaft, then establish a back cover of a cranked shaft on the block of cylinders. |
